Flank Steak

Give taco Tuesday a serious upgrade with flank steak! We love this steak for tacos and fajitas where is can benefit from an hour or two in an acidic marinade. Cook to medium-rare or medium and slice thinly against the grain.
Our flank steak is from our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished angus herd. We practice intensive rotational grazing and regenerative agriculture.
