This is such an easy, sneaky way to fit some beneficial organ meat into your meal. Our experience has been that everyone happily ate the tacos, stuffed pepper casserole, and meatballs made with our beef ancestral blend.
All our beef is from our very own herd of 100% grass fed and grass finished angus. Rotationally grazed on our certified organic pastures and raised in the fresh air and sunshine.
