The richest and most sought after of all our steaks, these boneless ribeyes have beautiful marbling which translates to flavor and tenderness. They are cut 1 inch thick to ensure they get good color on the grill and stay nice and juicy.
Our beef is from our 100% grass fed and grass finished angus herd. We raise them on our organic pastures and feed hay in the winter.
