Embrace nose to tail eating, literally! Skinned, split, and all set to go. Pig head is popular for head cheese, an unfortunate name for a tasty, speadable meat dish. We like to roast one or two for a few hours at 325 until brown and crispy and shred for the richest pork tacos you have ever had.

Our heritage breed red wattle pigs are raised with care and respect for the animals. They spend their days on our organic pastures and eat an all organic diet.
