Pork Chop (Boneless)

Our pork comes from red wattle hogs, a rare heritage breed that was once feared to be extinct. Thankfully though, the breed has made a comeback because their pork is amazing! They are known for their intramuscular fat or marbling which keeps their meat juicy, tender, and flavorful. Red wattles take a little more time and patience to reach full size, but we think the extra effort is worth it!
We like to recommend that folks who haven't tried red wattle pork before, start with with chops, simply seasoned with salt and pepper. The difference between this high-quality pork and grocery-store pork must be experienced to be believed.
