Flat Iron Steak

A flat iron may just be our favorite steak! It is rated as the second most tender steak (after the tenderlion) and is lean and flavorful. A generous sprinkle of salt and pepper and a quick sear is all you need for this one.
Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass finished. Raised on organic pasture and rotationally grazed to maximize health of the fields and the animals.
